If you could share some wisdom with your younger self, what would that be?
This is what I’d tell my younger self.
Life doesn’t just happen; it’s an unfolding. Trust the process. It’s all working out for your greatest good.
You’re going to fuck up—personally, professionally, in relationships—and some are going to sting or linger more. Take Maya Angelou’s advice: “Forgive yourself for not knowing what you didn’t know before you knew it.”
For every contraction, there is an equal or greater expansion. These contractions are either preparation 𝘧𝘰𝘳 the next great expansion, 𝘰𝘳 transformational bridge moments 𝘵𝘰 the next great expansion.
Read, watch, listen, consume, and fill your cup with as much information as you can about what you love learning. Study those who have achieved what you dream of achieving, 𝘰𝘳 seek mentorship from them. (Also, limitations of the mind are contagious, so surround yourself with big picture thinkings with unlimited minds.)
Relationships are our greatest mirrors.
Life is not supposed to be easy, but it 𝘤𝘢𝘯 be easier if you understand your life in this physical dimension is about the evolution of your soul’s journey through the infinite labyrinth of the Cosmos. As such, your greatest hardships will become your greatest teachers.
Energy is greater than matter, and you are first and foremost an energy being, connected to an infinite field of loving energy. As such, when the energy of love is emanating from your heart—which is the highest, purest form of energy—you can move mountains.
Don’t be in a rush to get to the future. It’s all happening in the eternal 𝘯𝘰𝘸, and 𝘯𝘰𝘸 is the doorway to the future. In other words, stop dreaming and start 𝘥𝘰𝘪𝘯𝘨. The future’s created today, and it’s 𝘯𝘦𝘷𝘦𝘳 too late.
You don’t have to heal anyone else. Due to the fractal nature of the universe—meaning a repeating pattern at all scales—when you heal yourself, you heal others.
Dream big.
Be committed.
Ask questions.
Speak your truth.
Don’t make bad decisions out of loneliness.
Be open and honest, even if it’s painful.
Thoughts become things, so be aware of negative self talk.
Take risks.
Spend time by yourself to know yourself.
Do your best.
Travel often.
Have fun.
Don’t take yourself too seriously.
Be Open to serendipity.
Be Aware of synchronicity.
Keep your eyes open for signs: To circle back to dreaming big, the last two are your guideposts along the way, and they happen with increased frequency when you are in alignment with the dream of your highest self.
